Section 36.1
Disposition versions
36.1. Where a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist carries on professional activities within a joint-stock company, the fees relating to the professional services rendered by him within and on behalf of the joint-stock company belong to the joint-stock company, unless agreed otherwise.
